Blake Hunziker, owner of the property, explained that the property in question is his personal residence and that the area discussed is his backyard.

Mayor Frost welcomed everyone to the meeting. Those present recited the Pledge of Allegiance and an invocation was offered by Council Member Carroll.

Presentation of the Quality Library Award to the American Fork Library

This presentation was postponed until the next council meeting.

Angie Cummings addressed the council regarding an upcoming partnership highlighting the arts in American Fork.

City Administrator's Report

Mr. Bunker reported that a new page has been added to the city website under the Animal Control Center section explaining the TNVR program.

Council Member Hunter stated that he is excited to see the TNVR program in use and expressed appreciation to staff for making it happen.

Mayor's Report

Mayor Frost stated that he customarily delivers a State of the City address early each year as a way to ensure accountability to residents.
