Ordinance: Establishing Base Salary and Step Pay Qualifications, Specialized Functions, Certifications, Assignments, and Additional Pay for Abilene Fire Fighters
The ordinance extends the base pay, longevity pay, and certification pay for firefighters from the end of the Meet and Confer agreement on April 1, through the end of the fiscal year, or until a new Meet and Confer Agreement is approved, whichever comes first.
