Summary

The County of Westchester is authorized to amend its agreement with the Town of Greenburgh to increase the total not-to-exceed amount from $200,000.00 to $400,000.00 for the construction of ADA-compliant sidewalks along the south side of Dobbs Ferry Road. The goal of the project is to ensure public health and safety for low- and moderate-income residents by providing safe and accessible pedestrian walkways. The project will be monitored by the Town of Greenburgh Public Works Department in coordination with the Westchester County Department of Planning.
