The Planning Commission of the City of Hesperia approved a Conditional Use Permit to allow for the relocation of an existing Single Price Overstock/Discount Store from 15759 Main Street to an existing commercial building at 15510 Main Street. The permit is subject to conditions of approval as shown in Attachment 'A'. The project is consistent with the Neighborhood Commercial zone and the adopted General Plan of the City of Hesperia.
