Roll Call of Committee members

Meeting was called to order at 5 PM. Clerk called the roll and there was a sufficient quorum.

Review and Approval of January 21, 2020 Minutes

Motion by Eric Rubin to approve the Minutes of January 21, 2020, seconded by Barbara Murphy and approved unanimously.

Construction Completion Schedule

Floors 5, 4 and 3 have been completed, final cleanings are being done on these floors in preparation for furniture delivery which began today.

Move-in dates are not currently scheduled. Ron will begin meeting with Department Heads next week.

Mayor Christenson thanked Councillor O'Malley for bringing the issue of including additional languages on signage to the MBC's attention.
