The Municipal Court requests approval to extend the Intergovernmental Agreement between the Town of Paradise Valley, the Paradise Valley Municipal Court and the Maricopa County Superior Court for jury management services for an additional two-year term. Jury management services include printing and mailing juror summonses, managing juror calls regarding postponements, excuses and disqualifications and processing payments of juror fees and mileage reimbursements. The agreement will not exceed the budgeted amount of $1,000 per fiscal year. The extension term is from June 1, 2026 to June 30, 2028.
