Councilwoman Thomas thanked the gas department for fixing the gas smell off of 4th Street.
Councilman Dobbs stated that he noticed the debris building up in the creek from 6th to Gilmer Avenue.
Councilman Dobbs stated that there were some issues going on with the downtown fountain.
Councilman Dobbs asked about abandoned cars at the waste plant which Code Enforcement personnel Teddy Morris addressed.
