MEETING MINUTES
• Approve minutes of the following Election Commission meetings:
October 9, 2024

ELECTION ASSIGNMENTS
• Approve the list of Election Inspectors and Receiving Board assignments for the
November 4, 2025 City Election, and authorize the City Clerk to make changes as
necessary to fill all positions.
ELECTION BALLOTS
• Approve ballots for City of Fenton Precincts 1, 2, and 3 for the November 4, 2025 City
Election. Note: Genesee and Oakland Counties are combined for this election.
ACCURACY TESTING
• Authorize the City Clerk and staff of the Clerk’s office to perform accuracy testing for
the November 4, 2025 City Election.
