options to Lorain County employees, effective April 7, 2026 and contains a 10 business day cancellation clause
#11 Approve Change Order #1 in the amount of $5,430.00 to Cavalry Mechanical, LLC., Columbia Station for
additional water proofing work for the 911 HVAC project. This will be paid from Acct#Capital Improvements
#12 Approve Change Order #1 in the amount of $6,430.00 to S. A. Comunale, Inc., Barberton for additional work for
the Justice Center Cooling Towers project. This will be paid from Acct#Capital Improvements

Sanitary Engineer:
#13 Approve & enter into a Consulting Services Agreement with K.E. McCartney & Associates in an amount not to
exceed $125,000 for year one of a two year to provide general sanitary engineering consulting services on a task
order basis with fees based upon the number of hours worked in accordance with their hourly rates in their
Consulting Services Agreement and will be paid from Acct#Sanitary Professional Services
Solid Waste Management:
#14. Authorize Lorain County Solid Waste Management District to apply for and utilize a credit card in the amount not
to exceed $5,000.00 in accordance with ORC 301.27 for Director Thomas Patrick
Airport:
#15. Approve & enter into an agreement with The Mannik & Smith Group, Inc, Mansfield, Ohio in the amount of
$60,560 to develop improvement plans for the Rehabilitation of a portion of the Main Apron (Phase III) at the
Lorain County Regional Airport. Entire project, including engineering services, will be funded at a 95% state
share and payment will be made from Acct#Airport Capital Improvements
