 Authorizing the execution and submission of an “Ocean User Agreement”
document for 2026 in relation to the several Community Development Block
Grant programs and projects pending or to become pending in Hancock County
 Authorizing entry into and execution of a change order #1 to an agreement with
Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. (CEC) of Toledo, Ohio for engineering
work upon environmental remediation with regard to property located north of
the Blanchard River and east and west of North Main Street in Findlay, referred
to as DEV – 2024-208401, and being land included in the Findlay River
Benching Project
 Authorizing submission of application to the Hancock County Common Pleas
Court for retention of outside counsel for actions in the State Personnel Board of
Review and Office of Unemployment Insurance Operations
 Authorizing entry into an agreement with Freshworks, Inc. for access to
software programs to aid the Hancock County maintenance department in the
receipt and fulfillment of requests for services within the Hancock County
building system
 Authorizing the disposal of public property no longer needed by the Hancock
County Landfill
