1. The Nancy Ann Mann Estate has applied for the subdivision of a 5.299-acre parcel of land
located at 0 Caldwell Road, Boyle County. The property is zoned Agriculturally.
2. Meade Real Estate LLC has applied for the subdivision of 14.985 acres, into seven (7) tracts, at
1401 Minor Road in Danville. The property is zoned Highway Business (HB).
3. Keith Shannon and wife and Mike Graves and wife have applied for the subdivision of a 0.691-
and 0.988-acre property located at 112 North Braxton Drive, Perryville, KY. The property is
zoned Single-Family Residential (R1A)
