Authorization to Award Contract – Fire Station 72 Addition and Remodel Project Re: Council to consider award of construction contract to 4C Global, Inc. (dba 4Creeks Build) for the Fire Station 72 Addition and Remodel Project located at 500 N. Newcomb Street, and authorization of related project funds and budget reallocations. 4. Acceptance of Project - Henrahan Street Reconstruction Project Re: Considering acceptance of the Henrahan Street Reconstruction Project located on Henrahan Street, between E. Grand Avenue and E. Morton Avenue, as complete; and authorization to return $425,614.81 in unused Measure I funds to the Measure I fund balance for future eligible transportation projects. 5. Authorization of Additional Project Funds for the Charging Station Replacement Project Re: Consideration of additional project funds in the amount of $126,000 for the Charging Station Replacement Project to cover sales tax, freight, performance bond, and engineering costs funded by existing grant funds. 6. Approval of a 90-Day Extension of the Option to Purchase and Sale Agreement with Self- Help Enterprises Re: Consider approval of a 90-day extension of the Option to Purchase and Sale Agreement with Self-Help Enterprises for City-owned property located at Springville Avenue and Jaye Street (APN 260-300-034). 7.
