Discussion/For Possible Action: Approval of the appointment of an authorized second signatory for all White Pine County financial matters, in order to ensure continuity of fiscal operations and internal controls, and to ensure compliance with NRS 354.685; and authorization for the County’s IT Director to provide the second signatory with access to all of the County’s Tyler Systems necessary to perform this function. *2. Discussion/For Possible Action: Approval of a $2,000 gross monthly (or other dollar amount) compensation for the person appointed, unless statutorily prohibited, as an authorized second signatory for all White Pine County financial matters, in order to compensate that person for the duties and responsibilities associated with serving as an authorized signatory. *3. Discussion/For Possible Action: Approval for County employee Terri Martinez to take all necessary action to immediately advertise for the positions of County Finance Director and Chief Deputy Finance Director and/or Assistant Finance Director. *4. Discussion/For Possible Action: Alert Department of Taxation that the County is unable to fulfill its financial duties and obligations pursuant to NRS 354.685 and is entering financial hardship.
