BUDGET TRANSFERS: 30. Approve and Adopt Budget Transfer #05-10 in the amount of $49,879.00 (Forty-nine thousand eight hundred seventy-nine dollars) within the Roads Division Budget to allow for the transfer of funds from the Department Allotment into an Interfund – Miscellaneous for the purpose of returning Title III to the correct Budget as requested by the Director of Community Development.** 31. Approve and adopt Budget Transfer #05-12 in the amount of $148,382.00 within the 101-231 Sheriff's Office budget to cover the cost of 2 vehicle replacements to be reimbursed by insurance, less any deductibles as requested by the Sheriff.** LEGISLATIVE AND BUDGET ISSUES: Consider miscellaneous legislative and budget matters pertinent to the County of Del Norte.
