II. Introduction of Facilitator INFORMATION
Mayor Schoaf will introduce the facilitator of the retreat, Nicole Lance.
III. Retreat Discussion INFORMATION
Discussion may include amendments to the current Mission/Vision Statements, City Core Values, Institutional History,
Policies to Establish, and Long-term Planning.
IV. Closing Comments INFORMATION
A summary of the discussion will be presented and suggestions from Council may be offered for topics of possible
future Work Study Sessions. Possible direction to Staff.
