WS1 – Discussion: 2026-27 Village of Pelham Sustainability Advisory Board/Climate Smart
Communities Task Force Draft Scope of Work
• Village Trustee Anderson, who is also the SAB Liaison, presented a new scope of
work for The Sustainability Advisory Board/Climate Smart Communities Task Force
(SAB/CSCTF) that focuses on advancing the recommendations of Pelham's Natural
Resource Inventory in ways that support the village's New York State Climate
Smart Communities (CSC) Silver certification application; researching and
recommending flexible, accessible public and community spaces; and preparing
documentation and assisting with grant alignment.

WS3 – Discussion: Renewal of an Inter-Municipal Agreement with Westchester County
for the Removal of Snow and Ice on Westchester County Roads *
• In the interest of public safety, operational efficiency, and continuity of services,
it is recommended that authorization be granted for the execution of the renewed

Inter-Municipal Agreement with the County of Westchester for the removal of snow
and ice on County-owned roads within the Village of Pelham. The renewal shall be
effective retroactively for the period of October 1, 2025 through September 30,
2030.
