A regular meeting of the Planning Board of the Village of Old Westbury was held at Village
Hall on the above date at 7:00 PM.
Present:
Michelle Cervoni Chairperson

Peter Halperin Member

Peter Trentacoste Village Attorney
Paul Stevens Village Engineer
Michael Malatino Building Inspector
Tracy Reese Building Administrator
On motion by Member Halperin, seconded by Member Cooper and carried, the Board will
approve the minutes of Planning Board Regular Meetings held January 5, 2026.
Applications Before the Board:
1. Application of Manish Kumar – proposing to construct a new two (2) story home with a
new driveway, in-ground pool, pickle ball court, fence, and entry piers and gates at 1
Bacon Road. (Continued from January 5, 2026).
On motion by Member Halperin, seconded by Member Cooper and carried, the Board
will approve this application with written approval to follow subject to: BZA Approval,
Revised Landscape Plan, and Sewer Review.
On motion by Halperin, seconded by Member Cooper and carried unanimously, the
meeting was adjourned at 7:29pm.
