 Authorizing the solicitation of bids for the provision of interior repairs and
improvements within the Hancock County Courthouse Building, in particular
related to the Treasurer’s office in that building
 Authorization regarding purchase of a POSI-Shell Applicator from LSC
Environmental Products, LLC, as a replacement for the current unit, for use in
the operations at the Hancock County Landfill
 Authorizing entry into and execution of a first amendment to an Ohio
Department of Development Building Demolition and Site Revitalization
Program Grant Agreement with regard to hazardous, dilapidated and unusable
structures in Hancock County, referred to as DEV-2024-206119, to extend the
grant completion date to June 30, 2026
 Authorizing the entry into a sales agreement for the purchase of a 2026
Caterpillar Model D6 Dozer from Ohio Machinery Co. D/B/A Ohio CAT for use
at the Hancock County Landfill
 Authorizing entry into a Change Order #3 to a contract with Bodie Mechanical
Services, Inc. for services in the nature of execution of the Boiler Replacement
Project for County Structures at 300 South Main Street (Hancock County
Courthouse), 8210 County Road 140 (BMV Building), 7868 County Road 140
(Agricultural Services Building) and 7746 County Road 140 (Educational
Services Building AKA The Old County Home in Findlay, Hancock County,
Ohio
