Aye. Aye. Aye. Aye. Yeah, thank you. So we had an ordinance amendment for solar energy systems, which went to city council last night on final reading. They did approve it. They did make two minor amendments. If you remember in the residential ground solar, we were going to limit it to 100 square feet and you could be 15 feet in height. They amended that so you could go 200 square feet and then lowered the height from 15 to 12. So everything else remained the same. So it passed. That'll be the new effective ordinance governing solar installations now. And then we also had an ordinance amendment for wind energy systems that also went to city council on final reading last night. They approved that, no amendments. So that's it for the updates. They would still be allowed where agriculture is allowed. or where there's situations where agriculture is already grandfathered on the property. There's a pretty good setback. There is. Anyone? THANK YOU VERY MUCH. THIS IS FOR, I'LL PULL UP THE AERIAL HERE, THE FORMER LOCATION OF THE PUBLIC LIBRARY. THERE'S BEEN A COUPLE OF THINGS THAT HAVE HAPPENED. SO WE REZONED THE ACTUAL PROPERTY THAT THE LIBRARY BUILDING IS ON A COUPLE MONTHS AGO TO B3, WHICH IS OUR DOWNTOWN MIXED USE ZONING. WE ALSO RECENTLY, THERE'S A STRIP OF LAND SOUTH OF THE BUILDING. IT'S ABOUT 640 SQUARE FEET. COUNCIL RECENTLY APPROVED SELLING THAT STRIP OF LAND TO THE LIBRARY, AND THE REASON IS, BACK IN, I THINK, 1983, THERE WAS AN ADDITION DONE OFF THE SOUTH. AT THE TIME, THE LIBRARY BOARD GOT CITY COUNCIL APPROVAL TO BUILD THAT ADDITION SLIGHTLY OVER THE PROPERTY LINE INTO THE CITY PARKING LOT. I MEAN, IT'S BEEN LIKE THAT, LIKE I SAID, SINCE 1983, BUT NOW THAT THEY'RE CONSIDERING SELLING THE PROPERTY, it's probably a good time to clear it up and make sure it's obvious who owns what and where the property lines lie. So the library did have a survey done. We, like I said, council approved selling it. Now that little strip of land is currently zoned institutional. So what's being proposed and before you tonight is rezoning that little strip of land from what is institutional to B3. So it'll match what the building is. And if you look at the plot, it's just that little that little strip right there, 640 square feet. Development Review Committee did review this at our July 2nd meeting, and we do recommend approval. The 2019 Comprehensive Plan indicates this area should be downtown mixed use, which is essentially the B3 zoning district. Your recommendation tonight would go to City Council August 4th on first reading, and unless they suspend the rules, it would be on final reading August 18th. If there's any questions there's a representative here from the library as well. Yes.
