Board of Review Meeting Minutes

1. Call Board of Review to Order
The meeting was called to order by Carol Robinson at 3:00 PM.
2. Roll Call
Board Members Present: Carol Robinson, Trustee Pam Schmitt, Cassie Strupp, Douglas Mikolainis, and
Bruce Gibb
Also Present: Administrator Healy, and Deputy Clerk Moltzan
3. Verification of Compliance with Open Meeting Laws
Deputy Clerk Moltzan verified that the notice of meeting was posted per statute at Hubertus Post Office,
Village Hall, and on the Village website. Digital copies of the agenda were also sent to the West Bend
Daily News, Germantown Express News, Hartford Times Press¸ and the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel.
4. Select Chairperson for Board of Review
Trustee Schmitt motioned, seconded by Board Member Mikolainis, to appoint Carol Robinson
Chair of the Board of Review. Motion passed unanimously.
5. Select Vice-Chair for Board of Review
Trustee Schmitt motioned, seconded by Board Member Mikolainis, to appoint Tom Lecher Vice-
Chair of the Board of Review. Motion passed unanimously
6. Assessor Updates:
Administrator Healy provided an update on Assessments in lieu of the Assessor.
7. Adjourn Board of Review Meeting to postponement date of: Wednesday, June 28, 2023, at 5:00
PM.
Motion by Trustee Pam Schmitt, seconded by Board Member Gibb, to adjourn the Board of Review
Meeting until Wednesday, June 19, 2023 at 5:00 PM; Motion passed without objection.
8. Adjournment
Motion by Trustee Pam Schmitt, seconded by Board Member Gibb, to adjourn the Board of Review
Meeting at 3:28 PM; Motion passed without objection.
