Motion/Second to enter into Public Hearing was made by Walter/Thomas and carried 4-0.
Motion/Second to close Public Hearing was made by Walter/Thomas and carried 4-0.
a. Second reading of a resolution regarding the annexation and rezoning of Christ Chapel property (2.89 acres, more or less).
Motion/Second to approve the second reading of a resolution regarding the annexation and rezoning of Christ
Chapel was made by Walter/Thomas and carried 4-0.
IV. Approval of Minutes – Regular Meeting 04/10/2018
Called Meeting 04/19/2018
Motion/Second to approve the minutes from April 10, 2018 and April 19, 2018 meeting was made by Walter/Thomas and       carried 4-0.

a. Proclamation honoring the 175th Anniversary of Montgomery Lodge.
Motion/Second to approve Proclamation honoring the 175th Montgomery Lodge was made by Yarbrough/Walter and carried     4-0.
