1. Resolution - Requesting the insertion of an item of revenue and the like sum
as an appropriation, in the 2025 County Budget, for the 2025-
2026 HSAC Grant in the amount of $75,665.00.
2. Resolution - Requesting the insertion of an item of revenue and the like sum
as an appropriation, in the 2025 County Budget, for the 2025-
2026 Public Health Emergency Preparedness (LINCS) Grant in
the amount of $235,263.00.
3. Resolution - Requesting the insertion of an item of revenue and the like sum
as an appropriation, in the 2025 County Budget, for the 2026
Strengthening Local Public Health Capacity Program Grant in
the amount of $42,534.00.

to apply for a North Jersey Transportation Planning Authority
(NJTPA) Subregional Transportation Planning (STP) grant for
the period July 1, 2026 – June 30, 2027, in the amount of
$103,762.50.
XII. PURCHASING, Ray Rule, QPA
1. Resolution - Approving a contract award for year two for County Bid 2024-
21, with Superior Office Systems, for maintenance service and
supplies for the County and Library copiers, in an amount not to
exceed $49,182.71.
2. Resolution - Approving a contract award for year two for County Bid 2024-
22, with J Oliva Enterprises LLC, for Landscape Maintenance
and Mowing Services for various County facilities and Parks, in
an amount not to exceed $157,400.00.
3. Resolution - Approving a contract award for County Bid 2025-19, with Home
Stat Inspections Inc., for Inspections Services for Housing
Choice Voucher Units Using NSPIRE Inspection Protocols, in
an amount not to exceed $63,960.00.

Hunterdon County Consolidated Transportation System, known
as The LINK.

amount not to exceed $16,500.00.
7. Resolution - Approving a contract award for County RFP 0046-2024, with
Colliers Engineering & Design Inc., for professional engineering
design services for improvements to the South County Park, in

8. Resolution - Approving contract amendment #2 for County RFP 0048-2022,
Professional Engineering Design Services for the Replacement
of Hunterdon County Bridge FC-80 Pine Hill Road over South
Branch of Raritan River, Franklin and Clinton Townships, in an
amount not to exceed $10,278.55.
9. Resolution - Approving Requisition #R25-3970, Eplus Technology Inc., for
the Route 12 Complex Network and Firewall Replacement, in
an amount not to exceed $1,942,393.03.
10. Resolution - Approving Requisition #R25-5923, with E.O. Habhegger Co.,
Inc., for the purchase of a fuel tanks and associated equipment
for the Everittstown Garage, in an amount not to exceed
$212,363.72.
11. Resolution - Approving Requisition #R25-5931, with Independence
Constructors, Inc., for the removal of the underground fuel
storage tanks and the installation of new above ground fuel
storage tanks at the Everittstown Garage, in an amount not to
exceed $247,587.50.
12. Resolution - Approving requisition #R25-5932, with Foley Inc., for electrical
engineering design services for the Justice Center generator, in
an amount not to exceed $56,250.00.

on the Hunterdon County Vocational School Board (Polytech)
for a term to be effective November 01, 2025 through October
31, 2029, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 18A:54-16.
2. Resolution - Approving the appointment of Christian Bench as a member to
the Hunterdon County Planning Board, term to be effective
immediately through December 31, 2026.

30. Resolution - Approving the Hunterdon County Comprehensive County Youth
Services 2026 Funding Application to access $303,094.00 in
State funds from the Juvenile Justice Commission, for the grant
period January 1, 2026, through December 31, 2026.
31. Resolution - Approving an amendment to Resolution 2025-716; for the FY26
Local Core Capacity for Public Health Emergency
Preparedness (PHEP) LINCS Grant, to reflect an increase in
funding from the original amount of $235,263.00 to the new

36. Resolution - Authorizing the Director of the Board of County Commissioners
to sign a grant application with the New Jersey Department of
Law and Public Safety, Division of Administration, for the State
Fiscal Year 2025 ARRIVE Together Grant Program, for the
period of July 1, 2025 – June 30, 2027, in the amount of
$84,106.00, for the Hunterdon County Prosecutor's Office.
37. Resolution - Authorizing the Commissioner Director to sign and accept, on
behalf of the County, a Victims of Crime Act (VOCA) – Forensic
Nurse Examiner / Sexual Assault Response Team (FNE/SART)
Program grant application, subaward number VS-10-24, with
the New Jersey Department of Law and Public Safety, Office of
the Attorney General, Division of Administration, in the amount
of $178,393.00 for the period of October 1, 2025 to September
30, 2026, for the Hunterdon County Prosecutor's Office.
38. Resolution - Approving an amendment to Resolution 2025-798 for the
Hunterdon County Prosecutor's Office (Gangs, Guns, and
Narcotics Task Force), the Subrecipient for the grant titled:
State Fiscal Year (SFY) 2026 Operation Helping Hand Grant
Program, to reflect in increase of funding from the original
amount of $105,000.00 to the new award amount of
$110,526.31, for the period of September 1, 2025 to August 31,
2026.
39. Resolution - Approving a request from The Friends of the Hunterdon County
Library to host their annual Book Sale at the Grange Building
and the 4-H Administration Building at the South County Park
on Wednesday, April 1, 2026, through Thursday, April 30, 2026,
with all fees waived for this event.
40. Resolution - Approving a request from the Hunterdon County Bar
Association to host their Mock Trial Finals at the Hunterdon
County Historic Courthouse on Tuesday, February 3, 2026 at
6:00 p.m. with a snow date of Thursday, February 12, 2026 at

41. Resolution - Authorizing Hunterdon County Sheriff Fred Brown, to execute a

Health and Addiction Services (DMHAS).
42. Resolution - Authorizing the Director of the Board of County Commissioners
to sign an Agreement for the Installation of School Speed Limit
Sign Beacon with the Tewksbury Township School District.
43. Resolution - Authorizing the use of Competitive Contracting for the
Hunterdon County Code Blue Warming Center pursuant to
