1. Call to Order
Councilmember Chiavacci welcomed everyone and called the meeting to order at 9:31 a.m.
Attendees: Mayor Becker (via-Zoom), Councilmember Chiavacci and Councilmember
Gilbert.
Staff: City Clerk Barber, Deputy Director of Public Works Dick, and City Administrator
Imhulse.
2. Approval of Minutes
The Public Works Committee Meeting Minutes from Thursday, January 5, 2023, were
approved without objection.
3. General Public Works Update
Deputy Director of Public Works Dick provided the committee with an overview of the
following projects: City Clock Tower; Main Street Water Main Replacement; Inflow and
Infiltration (I&I); Boiler Replacement at 45 West Main; and Wakefield Pavilion.
4. Other Business
The committee discussed and noted that the next meeting would be held on Tuesday, May
2, 2023, at 9:30 a.m. (Note for the Record: the scheduled meeting was cancelled).
5. Adjournment
The City of Westminster Public Works Committee meeting of March 7, 2023, adjourned at
10:10 a.m.
