during executive session, matters discussed in executive session are designated by the County Commissioners as
confidential. Because the confidentiality of such matters is necessary for the proper conduct of government
business, any disclosure outside of executive session is prohibited by ORC 102.03(B). While in executive session,
the County Commissioners may discuss and deliberate on the matters at issue, but no votes may be taken until
open session resumes.

#10. Enter into an agreement with Spy Glass Group LLC to audit the primary Telecommunications services accounts.
Audit will be seeking cost recovery, service eliminations, and cost reductions on voice, data, internet, cloud
services, SaaS licensing, and mobility services.

#11 Authorize & rescind various personnel to utilize the Agency’s Mastercard for the year 2026 not to
exceed $2,500.00 in accordance with the ORC and their permissible policy.

2026 Highway Department Materials. 6 bids were received on February 6, this being the most responsive
complying with specifications and 1 bid being non-responsive. This will be paid from Acct#Engineer Materials

#13 Authorize flooring renovations at the Lorain County Drug Task Force Office, Elyria, to be performed by Empire
Today, Twinsburg, in the amount of $7,918.62. This is to accommodate the increased personnel now occupying
the building
