Closed Session: General Provisions Article §3-305(b)(1), the Board will convene in closed session to
discuss personnel matters concerning the appointment, employment, performance, compensation,
of one or more County employees. The purpose of the closed session is to conduct employee
evaluations and receive departmental updates from staff.
