A. ORDINANCE 1 of 2026 – An introductory ordinance amending Section 50-150 of the City Code
of Ordinances connected to Drinking of alcoholic beverages on streets, sidewalks, or other public
owned properties prohibited. Public hearing on this item will be February 9, 2026. Public
Comments?
10. RESOLUTIONS:
A. RESOLUTION to authorize a variance application submitted by Edwin Koenck for outdoor
advertising signage on federal roadway (Entrance Road) on Parcel#0415753075. Public
Comments?
B. RESOLUTION to modify the water and sewer rates for the City of Leesville to accommodate the
discontinuance of the penny and set forth the new water and sewer rates for the calendar year
2026. Public Comments?
C. RESOLUTION to authorize advertisement of bids to install 4 Pickle Ball courts including fencing
at the recreation complex. Public Comments?
D. RESOLUTION to authorize advertisement to seek professional service to appraise Buildings A, B,
and C located at the Industrial Park. Public Comments?

of property tax sales to include adjudicated properties; authorize the Mayor to sign and execute
