RESOLUTION2026-04-548 RESOLUTION2026-04-548 WHEREAS, the City has requested bids for Stormwater repairs in the Woodrun Subdivision; and WHEREAS, the City received three bids that were timely and fully responsive to the City’s request; and WHEREAS, Staff recommends the City enter an agreement with the apparent low bidder, Gulf Coast Utility Contractors. NOWTHEREFOREBEITRESOLVEDthattheappropriateofficers oftheCity areauthorizedtoacceptanddeliveronbehalfoftheCitythatcertainAgreementbetweentheCityandGulfCoastUtility Contractors relatingtostormwater repairs in theWoodrun Subdivisionfor the total bidamountofSixty FourThousand,SixHundredFortyNine and 00/100Dollars($64,649.00) insubstantiallythe form attached as Exhibit A and presented to the Commission today, with such changes, insertions or omissions as may be approved by the Mayor and City Manager and whose execution shall be conclusive evidence of such approval.
