PRESENT: Alec Schueneman, Dick Lanyon, Joanne Haeberlin, Sam Lewis, Director of Engineering Russ Rietveld, Jeff

CALL TO ORDER
Russ Rietveld called the meeting to order at 6:07 p.m. Quorum was established. Sam made a motion to approve the April 10, 2024
minutes, Joanne seconded and all approved.
Jeff and Mike from Christopher Burke Engineering presented a PowerPoint that reviewed the previous task force meetings and an
evaluation of the existing stormwater management system given changing rainfall patterns since its construction. QA discussion
followed.
Russ, Jeff and Mike presented a revised Project Prioritization Summary that laid out a tiered approach to potential public improvement
projects. The implementation of an overhead sewer conversion rebate program was presented. QA discussion followed.
