 2026 Budget
 Lorain is seeking funding for the asbestos abatement and demolition of 2076 E. 28th St.
 Lorain would like to create an Officer Next Door Program and utilizing the flexibility of
the Land Bank for property transfers.
 Lorain would like to remove the lien on the former police substation at the corner of
Meister Rd and Leavitt Rd.
