Action Taken: Agenda approved by council.
 Discussion about the Board of Supervisors decision to reject the recommendation made by the
EMS Advisory Council.
The recommendation to ask for $669,000 annually for a periodicity of 10 years was voted down during
the last BOS meeting.
Brief discussion ensued between members and Dawnette stated that the BOS suggested amount was
not enough to cover the unforeseen expenses and still be able to help every EMS agency that
services the residents of Floyd County.
The recommendation was made for the request to be, up to but not to exceed 669,000 annually for 5
years.
Motion made by Dawn Staudt to request that Board of Supervisors collect up to $0.69/$1000 property
valuation. Seconded by Dawnett Willis.
Actions taken: Motion passed.
Next meeting time and date to be determined after the Board of Supervisors decision.
