The Board of Trustees of Sugarcreek Township, Greene County, Ohio, met in Special Session on
May 14, 2015, at 4:30 p.m., at 2090 Ferry Road, Sugarcreek Township, Ohio 45305.
1. Mrs. Daugherty called the meeting to order at 4:30 pm.
2. Mr. Tiffany called the roll with Board Members Nadine Daugherty, Mike Pittman and Scott Bryant
being present. In addition to Mr. Tiffany, Township Administrator, others present were Ms. Stacey
Pollack and Mr. Douglas Duckett.
3. Mrs. Daugherty moved to go into executive session pursuant to ORC 121.22 (G)(1) to discuss
allegations logged against a public employee. Mr. Pittman seconded the motion. Roll was called
with the vote being as follows:
Mr. Pittman – Yes
Mrs. Daugherty – Yes
Mr. Bryant – Yes
4. The trustees returned from Executive Session at approximately 6:53 pm. Mr. Bryant made a motion
to adjourn the meeting with Mrs. Daugherty seconding the motion. Roll was called with the vote
being as follows:
Mr. Pittman – Yes
Mrs. Daugherty – Yes
Mr. Bryant – Yes
The meeting was adjourned at 6:54 pm.
