1) At 6:15pm, Chairman Biju Krishman Called to Order/Declaration of Quorum
2) Old Business – none.
3) Approval of Meeting Minutes – January 21, 2025, Gary made a motion. Howard seconded. Motion
Passed.
4) New Business
The Commission introduced themselves. Guest Andrea Metcalf, owner of FLX MOVE who won
Business of the Year in 2025 presented on the business that she runs and the affects of winning business
of the year. She spoke for about 30 minutes answering questions about fitness, sharing the
characteristics of her customers, and the high and low of running a business. Her message was well
received and she was thanked for attending.
5) Summary of Public Comment – Jim Barnard introduce himself and shared that Howard Sproull had
invited him to the meeting to learn more about what Consumer Affairs Commission accomplishes in the
year.
6) Adjournment – Howard made a motion to adjourn the meeting which was seconded by George. 7:04pm
Meeting was adjourned.
