1. Call to Order
Chair Hoff welcomed everyone and called the meeting to order at 4:08 p.m.
Attendees: Mayor Becker, Councilmember Hoff and Council President Pecoraro.
Staff: City Administrator lmhulse, and Mr. Neal Karkhanis consultant with Funk & Bolton (via­
Zoom).
2. Intergovernmental Relations Updates
The committee discussed updates on the Board of Public Works and the FY 24 State budget
requests.
3. Other Business
The Intergovernmental Relations Committee's next meeting was scheduled for Monday,
August 14, 2023, at 10:00 a.m.
4. Adjournment
The City of Westminster Intergovernmental Relations Committee meeting of July 13, 2023,
adjourned at 4:38 p.m.
