Business: Possible Discussion and/or Action on the Following:

A. Consideration and Possible Action to Approve the Second Amendment to the
Purchase and Sales Agreement (PSA) with Eloy Community Development
Partners, LLC and the City of Eloy for the Purchase of 81 +/- Acres of City
Owned Property Located at the Northwest Corner of Houser Road and 11 Mile
Corner Road.

B. Brian Wright
Adopt Resolution No. 26-1658 authorizing the
submittal of a grant application in the amount of
$583,000 to the Arizona Department of Housing
(ADOH) for FY2025 State Housing Trust Funds
(HOME), committing $75,000 as leverage, and
authorizing the City Manager to sign all
documentation necessary to utilize these grant
funds.
