Call to Order Administrative Services Coordinator (ASC) Brad Calder called the meeting to order at 5:00PM. ASC Calder asked if there was a motion to elect a Chairman for the meeting. Motion by Board Member Schmidt to nominate Board Member Brian Gallitz Chairman for the meeting. Seconded by Board Member Richard Schlei. Motion carried unanimously by voice vote. 2. Verification of Open Meetings Law Compliance ASC Calder stated the meeting was noticed and posted according to the law. 3. Roll Call In attendance were Chairman Brian Gallitz, Board Member Mark Schmidt, Jerry Wold, and Richard Schlei, 1st Alternate Lisa Becker, and 2nd Alternate Dick Gellenden. Also Present: Administrative Services Coordinator Brad Calder and Village Attorney John Macy. 4. Pledge of Allegiance Chairman Gallitz led the Pledge ofAllegiance. . 5. Approval of Minutes - - . - a.
