Is there anyone here that would like to make a general public comment to the council on some items not on the agenda? I see no public, so we'll close the public comment period. Item four, go to item five. 5A is some consent items. It's approval of the July 15, 2025 City Council meeting minutes. Item 5B is approval of Resolution 2539. I'LL NOTE THAT THAT'S UNANIMOUS, 3 TO 0. OUR QUORUM IS 3. COUNCILMEMBER JOHNSON AND COUNCILMEMBER GREEN ARE MISSING TONIGHT. THAT TAKES US TO ITEM NUMBER 6, WHICH HAS BEEN PULLED FROM OUR AGENDA FOR CONSIDERATION IN THE FUTURE. And that takes us all the way down to item number seven, which is a motion to adjourn, making this most likely the fastest city council meeting ever. So moved. Motion by Mr. Lowry to adjourn.
