#10. Authorize the Issuance of not to exceed $6,460,000 Sandstone Ridge Improvements (Phase 2) Bond
Anticipation Notes, Series 2026A, for the purpose of paying the costs of completion of Sandstone Parkway
from the existing termini to SR58 in Amherst Township, approximately 2,900 linear feet of new county
highway, including storm sewers, waterlines and sanitary sewers together with all necessary appurtenance
thereto
#11. Authorizing the Issuance of not to exceed $1,625,000 Sanitary Sewer Improvements (Lake Avenue Extension
Project) Bond Anticipation Notes, Series 2026A, for the purpose of installing approximately 2,600 linear feet of
8” diameter sanitary sewer, manholes and laterals on Lake Avenue in Elyria Township with all necessary
appurtenance thereto

#12. Authorize the Issuance of not to exceed $3,370,000 State Route 82 Sewer Extension Bond Anticipation
Notes, Series 2026A, for the purposes of installing approximately 5,100 linear feet of 12” diameter sanitary
sewer along the north side of Royalton Road (SR 82) from Boone Road to the westerly corporation limits of
the City of Strongsville in Cuyahoga County in Columbia Township, including manholes, laterals and future
connections to South Boone Road and the proposed Del Web Community, together with all necessary
appurtenances thereto
#13. Authorizing the Issuance of not to exceed $2,200,000 South Boone Sanitary Sewer Bond Anticipation Notes,
Series 2026A, for the purpose of installing sanitary sewer along approximately 0.67 mile section of Boone
Road extending south from the intersection with Royalton Road (S.R. 82) in Columbia Township, including
private connections to residential properties, roadway pavement repair, driveway repair and restoration
throughout the project length, together with all necessary appurtenances thereto
#14. Authorizing the Issuance of not to exceed $1,510,000 County Drainage Improvement Bond Anticipation
Notes, Series 2026A, for the purpose of restoring drainageways (ditches) including but not limited to Fortune
Ditch, Roth Ditch, Camden Main and Ludwig Ditch, together with all necessary appurtenances thereto.
#15. Authorizing the Issuance of not to exceed $6,025,000 Western Sewer Improvement Bond Anticipation Notes,
Series 2026A, for the purpose of acquiring real estate for sewer construction and related engineering together
with all necessary appurtenances thereto.
#16 Consolidating 6 bond anticipation note issues of the County of Lorain, Ohio into a consolidated Bond
Anticipation Note Issue and Establishing the terms of such consolidated issue
Community Development
#17. Accept PY2025 Residential Public Infrastructure Grant Program (RPIG) funds from the State of Ohio Department
of Development in the amount of $750,000. This is for the Sheffield Township Rolling Heights Sewer Line
Project Phase 1 and requires a 100% local match of $ 750,000, which would be paid from an OPWC Loan.
Job & Family Services:
#18. Amend Res#26-99 adopted February 10, 2026 authorizing a IV-D purchase of service contract between Lorain
County CSEA and Lorain County Sheriff Office. Said amendment is to reflect the amount of payment from

#19 Authorize & rescind various personnel in the Lorain County Children Services Department to utilize the

Engineer:
#20 Award & entering into a contract with Fechko Excavating of Medina, Ohio in the amount of $1,496,348.00 for
the Oberlin-Elyria / LaGrange Rd Roundabout Project in Carlisle Township. 4 bids were opened and this being
the most responsive complying with specifications. Work consists of converting the existing intersection at
Oberlin-Elyria Rd and LaGrange Rd to a Roundabout. Issue Notice to Proceed upon full execution of the contract
authorizing work to begin upon authorization from the Lorain County Engineer’s office and the work will be
completed on or before October 15, 2026. ODOT will provide 80% of the funds for this project and remaining
20% of the funds will be provided by the OPWC.
#21. Finding that public convenience and welfare requires the Chip & Seal of Various County and Township Roads in
Lorain County and authorizing the County Engineer to advertise for bids in accordance with ORC 5555.06
Sheriff:
#22 Accept & enter into a Subgrant Award Agreement with the Ohio Department of Public Safety, Office of Criminal
Justice Services SCIP Grant#2024-SC-MCR-6497 in the amount of $136,484.34 on behalf of the Lorain County
Sheriff’s Office for the Community Resource Unit (CRU) project and reimbursement of expenditures will be paid
from Acct#General Fund / Sheriff / Salary/Wages / 9%
