BEITRESOLVEDthattheappropriateofficersofthe Cityareauthorizedtoacceptanddeliveron behalfoftheCity thatcertain proposalbetween the Cityand Atlantic Pipe Services,relatingtothe renewal andrehabilitationofpipesand manholes forthe City’sstormwater utilitysystem,
atthe rates stated in thebodyofthe proposalattached and presentedtotheCommission today,with suchchanges,insertions or omissions as may be 
approvedbytheInterim CityManager.

ANDBEITFURTHER RESOLVED thatby acceptingtheproposalreferencedabove,thatthe City agrees tobeboundtothesameterms andconditionsaswereobtained by St.JohnsCountythrough an advertised,
competitivebiddingprocess,28-MCA-ATL-22409,intheform attached asExhibitB.

THISRESOLUTIONshallbeeffectiveimmediately upon passage.

PASSED inregular sessionthis28thdayofApril2026.
