ANDBEITFURTHER RESOLVED thatby acceptingtheproposalreferencedabove,thatthe City agrees tobeboundtothesameterms andconditionsaswereobtained by St.JohnsCountythrough an advertised, competitivebiddingprocess,28-MCA-ATL-22409,intheform attached asExhibitB.
