8. ORDINANCES:
A. ORDINANCE 1 of 2026 – An adoption of an ordinance amending Section 50-150 of the City Code
of Ordinances connected to Drinking of alcoholic beverages on streets, sidewalks, or other public
owned properties prohibited. Public Comments?
9. RESOLUTIONS:
A. RESOLUTION to authorize an appraisal of an easement for property adjacent to the Leesville
Municipal Airport for the purpose of obstacle mitigation. Public Comments?
B. RESOLUTION to authorize advertisement to seek professional services to conduct a survey of an
easement for property adjacent to the Leesville Municipal Airport for the purpose of obstacle
mitigation. Public Comments?
C. RESOLUTION to authorize the amending of a Cooperative Endeavor Agreement with the MLK
Mentors, Inc. from a one (1) year to five (5) year agreement; authorize the Mayor to sign and
execute said amended agreement and provide for any and all related matters hereto. Public

D. RESOLUTION to authorize the City to obtain quotes to purchase a side by side for the fire

E. RESOLUTION to accept an Act of Donation of a sewer easement from Mr. Gene Koury to make
