Ohio that it is found and determined that all formal actions of this Board of County Commissioners, County

The Board of County Commissioners of Fulton County, Ohio, met in regular session pursuant to notice,
on March 12, 2026, at 152 S. Fulton St., Wauseon, Ohio, with the following members present:

Commissioner moved for the adoption of the following resolution:
WHEREAS, the Board of Fulton County Commissioners, through Resolution 2012-760, has approved a
payment plan agreement and terms to ensure compliance with the Northeast Water System billing process
and minimizing delinquency accounts; and
WHEREAS, Megan Collins/Ronald Tibble, has submitted a request for the Board of Fulton County
Commissioners’ consideration a payment plan for the water bill at 16111 State Route 64, Metamora
(account #100541/parcel#01-000812-02.000).
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Fulton County Commissioners hereby approves
the attached Northeast Water System Payment Plan Agreement as per the attached application and
payment schedule.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that it is found and determines that all formal actions of this Board
concerning and relating to the adoption of this resolution were taken in an open meeting of this Board and
that all deliberations of this Board that resulted in those formal actions were in meetings open to the

President to sign Sub-Grant 2026-30 between the Local Area 7, Workforce Development Board
(GOWBI) and Fulton County Commissioners to work together to provide comprehensive, business driven
workforce development services as detailed in the attached agreement for a period of July 1, 2026 through
June 30, 2028;

The Board of County Commissioners of Fulton County, Ohio met in regular session pursuant to notice,
March 12, 2026, at 152 South Fulton Street, Wauseon, Ohio, with the following members present:

Commissioner moved for the adoption of the following
resolution:
WHEREAS, pursuant to Title IV-D of the Social Security Act; ORC §3125.13 and §3125.14; and Rule
5101:12-10-45, and its supplemental rules of the Ohio Administrative Code, the Board is authorized to
enter into a contract for IV-D Services on behalf of the Department of Job and Family Services for the
effective administration of the Child Support Enforcement Program.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Fulton County Board of Commissioners, on behalf of the
Fulton County Department of Job and Family Services, hereby enter into Contract 2026-31 with the Fulton
County Juvenile Court for IV-D services as stated therein; and
BE IF FURTHER RESOLVED, that said contract shall have a term commencing January 1, 2026 and
ending December 31, 2026, and shall not exceed $62,012.73; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, any amendments to said contract shall be approved only by formal
proceedings of the Fulton County Board of Commissioners; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that it is found and determined that all formal actions of this Board of
County Commissioners, County of Fulton, State of Ohio concerning the adoption of this resolution were
adopted in an open meeting of this Board of County Commissioners, and that all deliberations of this Board
of County Commissioners and of any of its committees that resulted in such formal action, were in meetings
