(1) Call to Order, Invocation, Pledge of Allegiance
(2) Roll Call
(3) Resolution - providing for canvassing the returns and declaring the result of the special election
held in West Ascension Consolidated Gravity Drainage District No. 1 of the Parish of Ascension
on November 15, 2025 to authorize the renewal of the levy and collection of a 4.67 mill ad
valorem tax for a period of ten years beginning with the year 2026 and ending with the year
2035, for the purpose of providing funds to purchase necessary equipment, finance special
projects and finance other capital expenditures of the District, and further providing for other
matters in connection therewith
(4) Approval of Proces Verbal of the Canvass of the votes cast at the election held in West
Ascension Consolidated Drainage District No. 1 of the Parish of Ascension on Saturday,
November 15, 2025
(5) Resolution - directing the renewal of the levy and collection of an ad valorem tax of 4.67 mills on
the dollar of assessed valuation of all property subject to taxation within the geographic
boundaries of West Ascension Consolidated Gravity Drainage District No. 1 of the Parish of
Ascension, Louisiana, for a period of ten years, beginning with the year 2026 and ending with
the year 2035 for the purpose of providing funds to purchase necessary equipment, finance
special projects, and finance other capital expenditures of the District; and providing for other
matters in connection therewith
