The Board of Trustees of Sugarcreek Township, Greene County, Ohio, met in Special Session on February
10, 2015 at 5:30 pm, at 2090 Ferry Road, Sugarcreek Township, Ohio 45305.
1. Mr. Daugherty called the session to order at 5:30 pm.
2. Mr. Hodson called the roll with Board Members Nadine Daugherty, Mike Pittman and Scott Bryant being
present. In addition to Mr. Tiffany, Assistant Prosecuting Attorney Stephanie Hayden was also present.
3. Executive Session
Mrs. Daugherty moved to adjourn to Executive Session to discuss pending litigation. Mr. Bryant seconded. Roll
was called with the vote being as follows:
Mr. Bryant – Yes
Mrs. Daugherty – Yes
Mr. Pittman - Yes
Adjourn
The meeting reconvened at approximately 9:15 pm with no action taken, and promptly adjourned.
