11. Discuss and take action to approve the Lone Star Commissary Service Agreement, allowing
them to continue to provide commissary services to the Grimes County Jail.

22. Discuss the Stoneham Dumpsite Audit and take action to implement policies regarding future
operations at County dumpsites.
GRIMES COUNTY JUDGE - JOE FAUTH III
23. Discuss and take action on recent reallocation of County vehicles.
24. Discuss and take action to approve the Resolution Authorizing Constable's Resale of Property
Bid into Trust at a Delinquent Tax Sale.
25. Review, discussion and possible action regarding Executive Summary of Guidelines and
Criteria for Tax Abatements Pursuant to Texas Tax Code Chapter 312 and for Grants Pursuant
to Texas Local Government Code Chapter 381 (2024-2025) for Grimes County.
26. Discuss, determine and approve Commissioners Court schedule for FY 2026; Texas Local
Government Code Section 81.005.
27. Consider and take action regarding the Burn Ban and authorize the County Judge as signatory.
(Not currently under burn ban order.)
GRIMES COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE - SHERIFF DON SOWELL (JF)
28. Consider and take action to increase the salary for the Senior Office Assistant position in the
Sheriff's Office and authorize the Auditor and Human Resources to make the necessary
changes. It is expected that the Court will conduct a closed session as authorized by Texas
Government Code 551.074 (Personnel Matters).
GRIMES COUNTY ATTORNEY - MEGAN BARCAK
29. Consider and take action regarding participation in the Secondary Manufacturers Opioid
Settlements with Alvogen, Amneal, Apotex, Hikma, Indivior, Mylan, Sun, and Zydus. It is
expected that the Court will convene a closed or executive session regarding this item as
authorized by Section 551.071 of the Texas Government Code for consultation with counsel.
30. Consider and take action in furtherance of the sales of the following, whether in whole or in
part: 7.582 acres on Veterans Memorial Drive, Navasota, Texas, the Road & Bridge building
(1022 Hwy 90 South, Anderson, Texas), the Environmental Department building (1010 Hwy
90 South, Anderson, Texas), and/or other county-owned properties located in the Town of
Anderson. It is expected that the Court will convene a closed or executive session regarding
this item pursuant to Texas Government Code 551.072 (Deliberation Regarding Real
Property).

Tree Removal:
CR 306, 307 and 308. Also, cleaned up down limbs on CR 210, 211 and 215.
Boom Mowing:
CR 104, 162 West, 171 North, 262, 447 and Johnson Street in Anderson.
Mowing/Shredding:
CR 160, 161, 242 North & South, 206, 206 A., 207, 207 A & B, 219, 220, 309, 313, 344, 351, 359, 445,
447, Clark, Joubert, Lonestar, Magan, Pavlock, South Oak and Tall Pine.
Hauling Material:
