The applicant is Tony Defelice dba Tony D’s Landscaping. The type of business is a
lawn service. The location is 1407 Avenue K, Ely, NV 89301

B. 1) Public Hearing: For the consideration of a proposed Application for
Reclassification of Zoning on Property. The Applicant, Janeal Mathews-Newton, is
requesting to change the zoning of the property from the split zoning of C-2 (General
Commercial) and R-A-5 (Ranch Agricultural District) to all R-A-5, which is
described in Title 17.28 of the White Pine County Code, Ordinance 203.10. The
subject property address and/or general location is 2148 North McGill Highway, and
1225 East 218 North Street, Ely, NV, Assessor’s Parcel Number 010-330-31.
2) Discussion/For Possible Action: Approval of a proposed Application for
