Summary Ordinance No. 14,020, an ordinance approving Change Order No. 1 (FINAL) to the agreement with 21 Construction, LLC, dated May 23, 2025 regarding Kenner Discovery School sidewalks, State Project No. H.015087, Federal Aid Project No. H015087, for a decrease of $17,918.80 and to accept the completion of the project as constructed for the Department of Public Works. Summary Ordinance No. 14,022, an ordinance approving an agreement with The Pest Pros Inc. for pest control services citywide in an amount not to exceed $40,000.00 annually for the General Services Department. 16-B. Summary Ordinance No. 14,023, an ordinance approving Amendment No. 4 to the agreement with Digital Engineering and Imaging, Inc. dated May 13, 2019 regarding professional services associated with design and construction of a new Fire Station 38 to increase the not to exceed agreement amount by $98,000.00. 16-C. Summary Ordinance No. 14,024, an ordinance authorizing the purchase of five (5) 2026 Dodge Durango Police Pursuit Vehicles from Kirk Auto Group in the amount of $254,985.00 for the Kenner Police Department. 16-D. Summary Ordinance No. 14,026, an ordinance approving Amendment No. 1 to the agreement with DXP Enterprises, Inc. d/b/a Delta Process dated October 21, 2025 to provide Gorman Rupp Pump and accessories on an as needed basis, to increase the agreement amount by $200,000.00 for a new not to exceed amount of $400,000.00 for the Department of Wastewater. 16-F. Summary Ordinance No. 14,027, an ordinance accepting the lowest responsive bid received from Armstrong’s Supply Company, Inc. to purchase materials for electrical upgrades at Fassbender Center in accordance with Electronic Bid 26- 2197 in an amount not to exceed $19,958.94 for the General Services Department. 16-G. Summary Ordinance No. 14,028, an ordinance authorizing the use of Louisiana State Contract No. 4400000932 with Prison Enterprises, LLC to purchase furniture for the new Fire Station 38 in an amount not to exceed $15,825.00 for the Kenner Fire Department. 16-H. Summary Ordinance No. 14,029, an ordinance ratifying an Emergency Repair of the Muffin Monster Grinder at the Wastewater Treatment Plant by Fluid Process and Pumps, LLC in the amount of $22,335.00 for the Wastewater Department. 16-I.
