#12 Approve & enter into a contract with Greenman-Pedersen, Inc. in the amount of $143,925.00 to provide
Construction Administration and Inspection Services for the LOR-TR44-8.22 Hawley Road Bridge No. 0823
replacement project in Wellington Township. ODOT District 3 has reviewed the proposal and prepared contract
and will fund 95% of the project. Remaining 5% will be paid by Acct#engineer professional services
Sheriff:
#13. Allow Lorain County Sheriff Deputy Jose Montes to purchase his service pistol for $25.00 upon his retirement on
February 6, 2026. He has served as Deputy for 43 years.
