NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING
The City of Frankfort Board of Ethics will hold a Special Meeting on Tuesday, April 7, 2026, at
5:30 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers Room, Municipal Building, 315 W. Second Street,
Frankfort, KY, 40601.
The purpose of this meeting is to discuss and approve minutes of the February 11, 2026 special
meeting of the Board of Ethics and to conduct other business of the Board of Ethics as set forth
in the Agenda. The Board may enter closed sessions per KRS 61.810(1)(c), Litigation
"Discussions of proposed or pending litigation against or on behalf of the public agency,” and per
KRS 61.810(1)(f), Personnel "Discussions which might lead to the appointment, discipline or
dismissal of an individual employee," and per KRS 61.810(1)(j), deliberations of quasi-judicial
bodies regarding individual adjudications, at which neither the person involved, his
representatives, nor any other individual not a member of the agency’s governing body or staff is
present. All items on the agenda will be considered and action may be taken in open session.

governing ethics code investigations and per KRS 61.810(1)(f) exempting discussions
which may lead to discipline of one or more individual employees or KRS 61.810(1)(j)
deliberations of quasi-judicial bodies regarding individual adjudications, at which neither
the person involved, his/her representatives, nor any other individual, not a member of
the agency’s governing body or staff is present. Action related to the Preliminary Inquiry
may be taken in open session.
