NEW BUSINESS
1. SIGN PROGRAM; 507 Poplar Street, Ross Benincasa - Historic Preserv. Comm. recommended approval.
OLD BUSINESS
1. PERSONAL STORAGE: 5225 Maple Dam Road, Blue Shore LLC., Rauch Engineering - Applicant
wishes to split the parcel, providing personal storage to the rear of the parcel while allowing space for
future "General Commercial" uses along the Cambridge Beltway. Access is from Maple Dam Road.
The UDC requires an "optional" Public Hearing.
2. MEALS TIL MONDAY: 2827 Church Creek Road (Cambridge Beltway); DHW Holdings, Rauch
Engineering - The site is occupied by an auto-body shop building. It is occupied and active. This
proposal would establish a second building, the future home to the non-profit food bank Meals til
Monday to the north of the original structure. The UDC requires an "optional" Public Hearing.
The final agenda is subject to change and shall be approved at the meeting.
