part: 7.582 acres on Veterans Memorial Drive, Navasota, Texas, the Road & Bridge building
(1022 Hwy 90 South, Anderson, Texas), the Environmental Department building (1010 Hwy
90 South, Anderson, Texas), and/or other county-owned properties located in the Town of
Anderson. It is expected that the Court will convene a closed or executive session regarding
this item pursuant to Texas Government Code 551.072 (Deliberation Regarding Real
Property).

Preparing Terrace Oaks Drive at Stone Bridge Parkway for rehabilitaƟon, stabilizaƟon, and overlay.
The contract mower has started the third round of mowing.
Repaired culvert and bridge erosion on CR 110 and CR 143.
Cleaned up dumped garbage, furniture and Ɵres on CR 419.

connecƟons to adjacent CounƟes.
Kinder Morgan pipeline pending permit approval (road use approval and easement dedicaƟon included
under new pipeline agreement).
TWDB CAV closed. Compliance plan was presented to Commissioners Court at August 6th regular
meeƟng.
Various plat and plan review throughout Grimes County.
DRG MeeƟng scheduled for Thursday September 11, 6-7:30 pm.

GLO Resilient CommuniƟes Program: Grant awarded and contract approved at 8/6 Commissioners Court
